Overview
As a freelancer I owned the full delivery lifecycle — requirements scoping through deployment — for multiple clients. The highlight was a custom CRM built around one client's actual process instead of a generic tool's idea of it.
What I built
REST and GraphQL APIs, webhook integrations, and databases chosen per problem rather than per habit — PostgreSQL where structure mattered, MongoDB where it didn't.
Impact
Over 100 hours of recurring manual work eliminated. When you're also the person on call, you learn to write code for the 2am version of yourself.
