Overview
Client and lead management at Kaizenque lived in manual spreadsheets — duplicated, out of date, and owned by nobody. I built and shipped an internal CRM, plus a companion mobile app, that centralized the whole workflow into one source of truth.
What I built
Lead pipelines, client records, activity history and role-based access — designed so the sales and delivery teams see the same reality. Alongside it: a role-based client dashboard, 56 landing pages and 11 production websites on a reusable component library, and interactive Three.js experiences for client sites.
Impact
The spreadsheet era ended. Client and lead management now runs through one system, and every new site build got faster than the last.
